This first call is free of charge.
It is a space for your questions, to get a sense of how I work,
and to see whether this feels like a good fit.
If it does, we continue from there.

There is no pressure to perform; just space to think, feel, and move forward in a way that fits you.
I work in a calm and (not always) structured way, using reflection and, where helpful, coaching processes and the Enneagram to support your session.
