Hi, I'm Nicole.

I'm a coach based in Cologne, Germany, trained through InnerLifeSkills, an ICF-accredited coaching school.

Before coaching, I worked in international IT project and application management, collaborating with people across cultures, roles and disciplines.

What stayed with me most from that time wasn't the projects. It was the people.

I saw how often there was little space to pause, reflect and make sense of what was really happening beneath the surface.

Through coaching, I found that space.

Today, that's the space I offer to others.
