About
Hi, I’m Nicole. and live in Cologne, Germany.
I’m a certified coach trained through InnerLifeSkills (ICF-accredited).
Before coaching, I worked in international IT project and application management, collaborating with global teams across different cultures, roles, and environments.
What stayed with me most from that time are the people.
Every person works, thinks, and experiences things differently.
And yet, there is often very little space to pause and understand what is actually going on beneath the surface.
At some point, I started to notice something for myself.
A quiet sense that something was shifting.
Not clear enough to act on. It came, it left, it came again, it left.
But also not something that fully disappeared. There just wasn’t space yet.
It kept showing up in small moments.
For a long time, I ignored it. Until I didn’t, and started to act on it.
When I found my way to coaching, something changed.
Not because everything suddenly became clear,
but because there was space to look at what had been there all along.
That changed how I understand growth.
For me, clarity is not something you force.
It is something you begin to notice. And when you truly find it, hold on to it.
How I work
Coaching with me is calm, structured, and practical.
There is no pressure to perform.
No expectation to have everything figured out.
We take the time to understand what is there —
and move from that.
I work with reflection and, where helpful, the Enneagram
to support you in understanding your patterns and your way of thinking.
As your coach, I support you in finding your own answers.
Start here
If something is on your mind, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Book a short conversation and we take a look together.
20 minutes. No pressure.
A space to explore what’s on your mind
and see if this feels right for you.
What matters to me
Over time, I’ve realised how important it is to understand ourselves;
not only when things become difficult, but much earlier.
From the start, a portion of every paid session goes towards causes that matter to me - supporting children, nature and wildlife. Not someday. Now.
